A hidden gem overlooking the lake

We were embraced by the warm hospitality of the staff. Breakfast was a feast of fresh delights, including good pastries and options catered to individual preferences. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee while gazing out at the fine lake views from the rooftop terrace, where we could unwind and soak in the beauty of Como. The spa offered a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring, and the lush garden surroundings.

While the experience was mostly stellar, accessing a parking space nearby was a bit challenging was nice. It would be great if the hotel could assist with better parking arrangements.

The staff was super helpful, and breakfast was delicious each morning. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden while taking in the fine views. Don't miss the terrace at midnight for a perfect toast under the fireworks! Perfect spot for a group getaway.

Our arrival was a bit tricky since the reception was closed when we got there, made check-in inconvenient.

The double room is airy, we also really enjoyed amazing views. It has stunning and excellent location on Lake of Como. And it's nestled in an extremely clean building close enough to 1 to Piazza Cavour, center and the roundabout.

Parking availability is quite limited in the surrounding areas, which could pose a challenge with cars.

we thoroughly enjoyed this cute hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. all of the staff were super, restful. the location was particularly good, at a short distance from a neoclassical temple. besides, it was near most restaurants down the hill, the hill in heels, and the lake. it made our trip to como a such great experience.

The location of the hotel was beautiful and magnificent - within walking distance of Fondazione Antonio Ratti. Comfy bed made my room well decorated. The staff I met were wonderfully helpful.

The villa was lovely and spacious.

Reception closed before I could arrive, forcing me to adjust my plans dramatically. There were less comfortable amenities that detracted from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Really good service awaits! The owner graciously provided a ride to a restaurant when taxis were unavailable. The staff was friendly, the breakfast good, and the rooftop terrace offers unrivaled lake views. Rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. Don't miss this gem for a true Como experience!

An really good experience highlighted by the really good breakfast with organic products and an amazing balcony for morning coffee. The spacious room provided comfort and lovely views, along with a well-appointed bathroom. Accessing parking around the hotel was a challenge, and the check-in process could be more accommodating, as there was limited assistance available. These factors did slightly detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.
